Deposits
Deposits [in case of rentals over 1 month]:
- 1 month’s rent, paid together with the first month’s rent. To be returned within 4 weeks, after discounting open costs for usage and damages [if any]
Please note that a deposit is not the rent for the last month.
Usage
This is a non-smoking environment. You must deliver the appartment free of smell and nicotine at the end of your rental period. If you smoke inside, a company will wash & clean the appartment, at your costs.
This is a no-drugs environment. If you act in violation of the Dutch Opiates law, the contract will be terminated and a fine of 250 Euro is directly due and payable. Please note that Dutch Opiates law is – in contrast of what you might have heard – strict on possession and use. Also, there can be minors on-site.
Prostitution [receiving guests] in private houses is illegal without a permit and you cannot get a permit on this address. In case of prostitution [receiving guests], the rental will be terminated.
